How Online Counselling Works

We understand that it can be difficult to talk with someone and access support in relation to an experience of sexual assault, even via the internet. Below are some links to information that may answer some questions you have about how online counselling works.

There are two agreements you first need to agree to and abide by in order to make use of our online counselling services:

  1. The Online Counselling Service Agreement
  2. The Online Counseling Privacy Statement

It is also recommended that you read the following documents, to get a better feel for what online counselling will be like.

  1. The benefits and limitations of online counselling
  2. Keeping your information private
  3. Expressing yourself online

If you have any other questions or concerns about our services, please do not hesitate to contact us.
